
Grazing Tables
.The "flat lay" grazing table option is a stunning way to showcase beautiful foods while simultaneously wowing your guests! This edible work of art is an aesthetically beautiful way to elevate any event. Smorgesboards' grazing tables can be an ideal appetizer or main course that will keep your guests munching and mingling all night!
This display comes with gourmet cheese selections, cured meats, dried fruit, nuts, olives and other charcuterie items as well as in season & local fresh fruit and veggies. It also includes house made dips, fresh bread, artisan crackers, jam, and other options to reflect the theme and season of the event!
Tables are garnished with an assortment of different items such as fresh herbs and greenery to create a unique display every time. Brown butcher paper is used underneath which allows for an extremely efficient clean-up process. All dipping bowls and utensils will be disposable, for a complete drop off/no pick up service. Please allow approximately 1.5-2 hrs for set up prior to eating time or guests arrival.

50% deposit is required for booking.

* Cheese signage: $10
* Travel fee: Depending on location. Will be included in your quote.
Other Information

We do not provide the tables. You must make rental arrangements or discuss alternative surface options with us (i.e. Islands, counter tops, etc.)

All grazing table pricing includes set up, light greenery, all food, serving utensils and labor.

Plates, napkins and utensils are not included but can be added.

We do not provide clean up service on flat lay packages.

It is recommended to have your table be set up inside during the hot weather months or in a shaded area.

Please allow 1.5-2 hours for set up, depending on how big the graze will be more time may be allotted.

Customer assumes all responsibility after pick up/ delivery or set up.
Booking process for tables:
An email or quote form must be sent in and the following information is required in order to set up a quote: Type of event, date and time of event, location, how many people, appetizers or main meal for flat lay style. Please also communicate any food allergies or sensitivities to Smorgesboards at the time of booking. If they are added later, additional charges may apply.
Once the quote is sent over and it is accepted, a contract will then be sent that will need to be reviewed, signed and returned along with a 50% deposit. If the contract and the deposit are both not returned before the date of the event then you will not be considered booked. A date and time can not be guaranteed without both of these in possession. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to event.
